Our Short Course Sales Training Program is a summarised version of the 400M Training Program designed for three primary purposes:

  1. To give sales managers an overview of the course that the sales candidates are about to go through
  2. To give existing 'experienced' salespeople an overview of modern trending in sales behaviour.
  3. To give the new salesperson a short course on how to do their job more effectively through correct behavioural practice.

The short courses can range from two to three days and can be customised to suit the needs of the company.

 

These are mainly motivational seminars designed to put effective Salesmanship into perspective and impart a sense of purpose and value into the salesperson. They are also based on a summarised version of the 400M Training Program, so incorporate success formulas, motivational factors, time management understanding, going the extra mile and productivity.

Where the Short Course involves team/group tasks and tests, the One Day Seminar is mostly a listening forum with short activities designed to embed key behaviours in the minds of the trainees.

The 400M Training Program was originally designed for the Vehicle Sales Industry, but as it centres on Sales Behaviour it can be customised to most retail operations.

The primary focus of the 400M is to put into perspective the holistic behavioural skills required to deliver professional and effective customer service. The course includes vital information from Industry Orientation to Motivational Factors and Personal Behavioural Skills.

Orientation:
This is crucial to the Salesperson's understanding of what Industry expectations are as well as where opportunities lie in Industry weaknesses.

Motivation:
Most Salespeople see their employment as a JOB, and not as a career. Opportunities abound for good salespersons who understand the advantages of their profession. Understanding what it takes to SUCCEED in achieving goals is key to sales performance.

Behaviour:
Sales success is primarily an attitude as opposed to a skill. Attitude is a behaviour and not a technique. In the past salespeople were taught techniques i.e. do this, rather than BE this. We give salespeople insight into how to BE an effective salesperson.
